In the summer of 2023, Buffalo Wild Wings, located in Elkhart, Indiana, underwent a rapid transformation to align with the latest corporate brand standards. The renovation project, executed within the span of just one week, stands as a testament to the remarkable efficiency and commitment to excellence exhibited by Ancon Construction’s team.
Amidst a temporary closure, walls were removed, both interior and exterior surfaces were painted, finished flooring was replaced, new decor, and numerous TV’s and furniture were installed.
The accomplishment of this project was not merely measured in the physical changes but also in the precise orchestration that ensured the restaurant’s seamless return to full operational status as planned.

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club (TLCC), situated in Leesburg, IN, revitalized its existing clubhouse in the summer of 2023. Ancon Construction collaborated with Arkos Design on this renovation.
TLCC envisioned creating a more welcoming and enjoyable space for its members and their families. The renovation project updated and expanded the lower-level bar and family dining area, ensuring an enhanced experience for all.

Wag’n Tails is a leading company in mobile pet grooming and veterinary vehicles. Ancon Construction designed and built Wag’n Tails corporate office in Granger, Indiana. This new office showcases Wag’N Tails commitment to high-end service for their franchisee owners.
The corporate office is a pre-engineered metal building within the Wag’n Tails campus that includes 15 enclosed offices, a graphics print studio, a wash bay, and a showroom. Ample office space showcases natural light with ceiling clouds that define spaces and improve lighting and acoustics. Inside the office, franchisee owners are able to enter a large warehouse showroom for vehicle pickup and orientation.

Ancon Construction designed and built additional practice space for
Morris Animal Hospital, expanding it by approximately 900 square feet. The new space includes five exam rooms and a new interior corridor hallway, seamlessly integrated with the hospital’s current building situated at 14546 State Road 23 in Granger, Indiana. Throughout the project, Ancon Construction collaborated with the hospital team to ensure that the design fulfilled their specific requirements. Additionally, we explored value engineering options to optimize cost savings for the hospital.
