Oaklawn Psychiatric Center | Healthcare Construction Project

Overview

In 2022, Ancon Construction was selected by Oaklawn Psychiatric Center for a significant renovation project in South Bend, Indiana. This project involved a complete interior renovation of an existing 58,850 SF, three-story Medical Building, formerly the home of the Memorial Epworth Center, and a 3,400 SF Training Room Renovation in the Building directly across the street, located at 403 E. Madison St., in South Bend, Indiana.

This renovation project serves as a testament to Ancon Construction’s expertise in transforming existing spaces into modern, functional environments, benefiting Oaklawn Psychiatric Center and its clients.
