Overview

Ancon Building Services completed a 4E floor renovation at NIBCO World Headquarters that included a complete remodel of the men’s and women’s restrooms, featuring demolition of existing finishes and fixtures, installation of new drywall, floor-to-ceiling ceramic wall tile, upgraded plumbing fixtures, new lighting, HVAC grills, suspended ceilings, partitions, countertops, mirrors, ADA accessories, and fresh paint throughout.

Beyond the restrooms, the project also involved removing and replacing flooring across the entire floor with new carpet, rubber base, and stair nosing to match the 2E level finishes. Additional upgrades included painting walls, door jambs, and replacing outlet covers and lighting components, and coordinating the removal and reinstallation of office furniture and cubicles.

The scope also included electrical and data work for cubicle reconfiguration, while maintaining use of existing building systems and layouts where possible.
