Built in 1910, the YMCA Camp Eberhart Obenchain building is one of the oldest on the camp’s grounds. In 2022, Ancon’s Integrated Design-Build® team transformed 1,770-square-feet of the two-story structure into staff apartments, skillfully preserving the building’s historical allure throughout the renovation process.
