Murphy Cabin

Located at YMCA Camp Eberhart in Three Rivers, Michigan, the Murphy Family Cabin renovation project focused on preserving and enhancing a historic stone cabin while improving its functionality, durability, and overall guest experience.

The renovation included extensive upgrades throughout the facility, including masonry restoration, new wall coverings, skim coating of interior walls, roofing replacement, new siding installation, and construction of new concrete stairs. Additional improvements included replacement of window trim, frames, screens, and doors, along with electrical system upgrades to support modern camp operations.

Inside the cabin, existing carpet was removed and replaced with a durable epoxy quartz flooring system designed to withstand heavy use while providing a clean, attractive finish.

Through thoughtful renovations and quality craftsmanship, this project helps ensure the Murphy Family Cabin continues serving campers and families for years to come while supporting the YMCA of Greater Michiana’s mission of creating meaningful outdoor experiences.
