Burton’s Laundry, a family-owned company founded in 1961, has multiple other locations in the region. They asked Ancon Construction to design and build a new 4,000-square-foot laundromat on the west side of South Bend. The new laundromat provides ample space for washing machines and dryers. Additionally, the building includes a 2,000-square-foot retail space for a future tenant.
