Burton Laundry, a family-owned company founded in 1961, has 13 other locations in the region. They asked Ancon Construction to design and build a new 4,000-square-foot laundromat on the west side of South Bend. The new laundromat provides ample space for washing machines and dryers. Additionally, the building includes a 2,000-square-foot retail space for a future tenant.

Stauffer Associates has once again tapped Ancon to do a brand refresh for another of their Buffalo Wild Wings locations. The Mishawaka location was last updated in 2017 and was due for a franchise update. Most of the work focused on finishes such as carpeting and painting.
The accomplishment of this project was not merely measured in the physical changes but also in the precise orchestration that ensured the restaurant’s seamless return to full operational status as planned, within a few days!

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club (TLCC), situated in Leesburg, IN, revitalized its existing clubhouse in the summer of 2023. Ancon Construction collaborated with Arkos Design on this renovation.
TLCC envisioned creating a more welcoming and enjoyable space for its members and their families. The renovation project updated and expanded the lower-level bar and family dining area, ensuring an enhanced experience for all.
