Overview

Renovations are complete for The “2nd Century Project” at Morris Park Country Club. We collaborated with Arkos Design on this stellar renovation. The upgrades consist of a new pool complex, golf shop and indoor golf simulators, locker rooms, kid’s zone, a new cafe, event space, pub-style bar and grill, and a brand-new fitness center and yoga studio—the goal for the 6.5 million dollar renovation creating family-friendly attractions for years to come.

Morris Park Country Club, along with our design-build team, looked to change the club’s perception and create a unique experience. The results were an increase of 90 new club members.

We designed and built a new Powder Room Bathhouse and Stairs at YMCA Camp Eberhart. The new Powder Room Bathhouse provides modern facilities for the campers and serves as a storm shelter. Camp Eberhart has been around for over 100 years, offering campers opportunities to build and strengthen positive character values and appreciate other’s differences.

Overview

Bob and Joyce Newton had one goal in mind: to build a facility for the kids of Lakeville. What they ended up with is Newton Park – a 35-acre premier sports complex complete with baseball, football, and soccer fields, a playground, an ice-skating pond, a picnic area, walking paths, a concession area, and a golden dome in the center of it all. Ancon Construction, a trusted leader in commercial construction, was selected to bring this vision to life. As a design-build firm, Ancon Construction collaborated closely with the Newton family to develop a plan that aligned with their vision, budget and operational needs.
