Ancon Construction has completed multiple projects for Tom Naquin Nissan in Elkhart, Indiana over the years.
In 2005, Ancon Construction designed and built a 9,245-square-foot pre-engineered automotive dealership facility located on West Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. The new dealership included a 1,686-square-foot used car sales area, a 4,164-square-foot showroom with conference space and restrooms, and a 3,392-square-foot service reception area featuring a car wash and vehicle detail area.
Most recently, Ancon Building Services completed interior renovations at Tom Naquin Nissan, including a restroom renovation and the removal of a recessed drinking fountain. The former fountain space was transformed into a functional display area.
