COPPERLEAF COVE APARTMENTS

GOSHEN, INDIANA

Overview

Copperleaf Cove Apartments in Goshen, Indiana is a new 60-unit apartment complex with five buildings that include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units along with a rental office building. The project was developed on 4.5 acres of bare land. Ancon used the Design-Build method to complete this project.

YMCA CAMP EBERHART, OBENCHAIN APARTMENTS

THREE RIVERS, MICHIGAN

Overview

Built in 1910, the Obenchain building is one of the oldest on the camp’s grounds. In 2022, Ancon’s Design-Build team transformed 1,770 square feet of the two-story structure into staff apartments, skillfully preserving the building’s historical allure throughout the renovation process.

In 2003 we built the Goshen College Student Apartments, a wood, and steel structure.

Two Phases:

Phase I: 4-story, 25,000 square foot 24-unit student housing.

Phase II: 4-story, 39,900 square foot student housing

Construction Cost:

Phase I: $2,580,000

Phase II: $4,138,890

Park 33 consisted of 16 apartment buildings-188 units, a clubhouse, and a pool. Pre-construction services included cost estimating, scheduling, and value engineering—negotiated Lump Sum General Construction Agreement. Final construction cost approximately
18 million.
