Ancon Construction utilized the Design-Build delivery method to construct three (3) new additions to an existing production building for Heartland RV. The 34,000 square feet of production floor allowed Heartland RV to increase its daily RV output. The existing building could not be shut down, and Ancon constructed the three (3) building additions without losing one hour of production for our client. We were able to keep production flow moving forward during construction by closely coordinating our schedule with the facility manager and completing milestone phases, like power transfer, over the weekend to avoid production shutdown.

“We chose Ancon for its reputation. We talked to a couple of other builders, but with the recommendations we received and the comfort level we had immediately, we felt Ancon was the best choice.”

Crossroads Pediatric Dentistry is 3,090 square feet with a large lobby, children’s area, and receptionist/administration space in the front. There are six operatories located towards the back of the building overlooking the beautiful landscape features. The dental facility also contains staff offices, breakroom, conference room, lab, sterilization, x-ray, and charting nooks.
“Ancon went lickety-split, and we were done. They said the middle of May, and we were right there, on the nose. Ancon worked well within my expectations. There were no surprises.”

The project, designed and built by Ancon Construction, aimed to refresh and rebrand the exterior façade of a strip office and retail building – ultimately attracting additional building tenants. The building is situated perpendicular to the Grape Road corridor; therefore, the project aims to make the building more noticeable and have a stronger presence. The outdated colonial architecture scheme was removed from the building, and new windows, storefront doors, architectural canopies, and backlit channel letter signage were incorporated. The most dramatic change was the brick staining from a dated red brick to a modern light taupe color.
