Ancon Construction, in collaboration with Arkos Design, built a new plan & spec, two-story, 1,640-square-foot building at Elcona Country Club, located at 56784 CR 21 in Bristol, Indiana. This project replaced the club’s outdated concessions building near the pool. Designed with functionality and convenience in mind, the lower level is set at pool deck elevation, catering to pool guests, while the upper level opens onto the golf course to serve golfers at “The Turn.” The facility houses a full commercial kitchen and dining space, ensuring top-tier service for all visitors.

The Soaring Rail, LLC project in Bristol, Indiana earned an Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Indiana/Kentucky Merit Shop Construction Award of Excellence. This 500,000 square-foot industrial space offers premium warehousing with direct rail access. Designed for scale and efficiency, the facility plays a critical role in supporting the region’s logistics and industrial growth.

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club (TLCC), situated in Leesburg, IN, revitalized its existing clubhouse in the summer of 2023. Ancon Construction collaborated with Arkos Design on this renovation.
TLCC envisioned creating a more welcoming and enjoyable space for its members and their families. The renovation project updated and expanded the lower-level bar and family dining area, ensuring an enhanced experience for all.

Ancon upgraded approximately 5,500 square feet of space, including renovations to the existing spin room and hallways and converting a racquetball court into two levels – an extension of the fitness area upstairs and a group exercise class downstairs. We also installed pickleball courts and a turf field outside.
