Overview

Ancon designed and built a new 32,000 square foot building expansion for Lyons Industries in Dowagiac, MI. The expansion included warehousing, ten loading docks, shipping, and receiving offices.

The site layout was studied and designed for improved and more efficient land use and improved logistics for their shipping and receiving process. The design of the building was to utilize natural lighting and plan for future expansion.

Goshen Street Department

Overview

The City of Goshen relocated their street department fleet and staff to an existing building approximately 22,000 square feet. We gutted and renovated everything down to the steel structure.

We rebuilt the new facade, interior floors, new HVAC systems, exhaust removal system within the building, offices, maintenance area, truck wash bays, and vehicle storage.

We also built a separate building on-site to store road salt and sand.
