Ancon collaborated with Goshen College and Interface Architecture & Design, LLC, to create the Juanita Lark Welcome Center and Hunsberger Commons. The incredible cafe, on average, serves 400 students per day, 8000 students per month. Wow! (the food is delicious)

In 2003 we built the Goshen College Student Apartments, a wood, and steel structure.
Two Phases:
Phase I: 4-story, 25,000 square foot 24-unit student housing.
Phase II: 4-story, 39,900 square foot student housing

We began our relationship with Goodwill Industries 30 years ago and have built a strong partnership based on trust, communication, and collaboration. Recently we designed and built the new 105,000 square-foot campus in Gary, Indiana, which created 100 new jobs. The new facility is rolling out a unique retail shopping experience where you buy “By The Pound.” The facility has an Excel Charter School that provides a free opportunity to earn a high school education for adults eighteen and older, as well as a Career Center. The beautiful campus, created a retail component and brought in new jobs, provides compassion for the community, education, and a great bargain shopping experience.

The project consisted of a new classroom wing addition to the existing school. Careful attention to exterior materials, brick detailing, and window repetition aesthetically tie the addition to the existing building.

Ancon built The Goddard School of Granger in 2019, constructed as design-build, 10,000 square feet, following strict Goddard franchise requirements. The capacity is approximately 142 kids ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
