Goshen College Student Apartments

Ancon Construction built the Goshen College Student Apartments, a multi-phase student housing development featuring a wood and steel structural system designed to support modern campus living. The apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, private bedrooms and bathrooms, and select loft-style units with spiral staircases. Fourth-floor units provide scenic views, enhancing the student residential experience.

The project was completed in two phases. Phase I consisted of a four-story, 25,000-square-foot building housing 24 student apartment units. Phase II expanded the development with an additional four-story, 39,900-square-foot student housing facility. Together, the phases deliver high-quality, functional living spaces that support Goshen College’s commitment to student life and community.
