In 2003, Ancon Construction built the Goshen College Student Apartments, a wood and steel structure. 

Two Phases:

Phase I: 4-story, 25,000 square foot 24-unit student housing.

Phase II: 4-story, 39,900 square foot student housing

Construction Cost:

Phase I: $2,580,000

Phase II: $4,138,890
