Benton Township Fire Station

Overview

Ancon built a new 3,438-square-foot Fire Station addition to the existing facility in 2006 for Benton Township.  Ancon partnered with Maust Architectural to provide design services for this project.

The key components of the project included:

New Structure: A one-story, wood-framed addition with a total area of 3,438 square feet.

Roof Integration: Integration of the new roof with the existing building to ensure a seamless transition.

Façade Blend: Attention to detail to ensure that the new brick façade harmonized with the appearance of the existing building.

Programmatic Spaces: The new addition was designed to accommodate various programmatic spaces, including:

• 2 Truck Bays
• Wash Bay
• Meeting Room Space
• Office
• Kitchen
• Staff Support Spaces
