Copperleaf Cove Apartments
Copperleaf Cove Apartments in Goshen, Indiana, is a new 60-unit apartment complex with five buildings that include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units along with a rental office building. The project was developed on 4.5 acres of bare land. Ancon used the Design-Build method to complete this project.
YMCA Camp Eberhart, Obenchain Apartments
Built in 1910, the Obenchain building is one of the oldest on the camp’s grounds. In 2022, Ancon’s Integrated Design-Build™ team transformed 1,770 square feet of the two-story structure into staff apartments, skillfully preserving the building’s historical allure throughout the renovation process.

Waterford Crossing
New Construction, 60,000 square feet, 51 rooms(first phase), senior apartments completed in 2004. We added additional rooms in phase two, with a total project of approximately 10 million. Pre-construction services include budgeting, value engineering, and design review. We negotiated a Construction Management agreement with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. 12-month construction duration.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, located in South Bend, Indiana, was constructed as a design-build, has 82 guest rooms. The hotel is built on an existing site that was repurposed. In 2003, Ancon Construction built the Goshen College Student Apartments, a wood and steel structure. Two Phases: Phase I: 4-story, 25,000 square foot 24-unit student housing. Phase II: 4-story, 39,900 square foot student housing Construction Cost: Phase I: $2,580,000 Phase II: $4,138,890
