Oaklawn
Through a capital campaign, Oaklawn and Ancon designed and built a wonderful facility within 83 days. It’s connected to the building and contains four main classrooms, a resource center, a computer lab, and several offices. We went from old, worn-out modular buildings to a very new, updated facility.
Goshen Center for Cancer Care
Goshen Health Systems Center for Cancer Care is a 52,000 square foot building with a finished basement, first floor, and an unfinished second floor. Sixteen months of construction duration. Ancon provided preconstruction services for budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering. Indiana Redi-Mix Association Outstanding Concrete Achievement Award.
Heart City Health Women’s Center

UNIVERSITY PARK VET HOSPITAL
In 2019, Ancon Construction designed and constructed a 1,144-square-foot building addition onto the west side of the existing building located at 310 E. University Drive in Granger, Indiana. The addition included storage, a waiting area, two restrooms, workstations, along with office space and two exam rooms.
ANIMAL AID CLINIC
In 1989, Ancon Construction designed and built a 16′ x 20’ addition to the 3718 E. Mishawaka Road Clinic in Elkhart, Indiana.
