YMCA Camp Eberhart recently featured Ancon’s Rene Aguilar and the impact he has made through his work at Camp. What started as a construction project became something much more personal for Rene.
From his hands-on work renovating Dave’s House, the Bath House and Murphy’s Cabin to working through frigid Michiana winters — sometimes in four pairs of socks, Rene’s story is about more than construction. It’s about preserving the character and memories of places that have meant so much to generations of families.
