Ancon Construction completed a restaurant refresh for Jimmy John’s on Ireland Road in South Bend, Indiana, for the same ownership group of the new Jimmy John’s Bittersweet location previously built by Ancon.
The renovation was completed as part of Inspire Brands’ periodic refresh requirements, which help keep restaurant locations aligned with current brand standards and provide customers with an updated dining environment.
The project included updates to the flooring and wall finishes, along with new furniture throughout the restaurant. Ancon also completed a similar refresh for the ownership group’s Jimmy John’s location in Dunlap.
