Elkhart County Community Center (ECCC)

Ancon Construction recently completed a multi-phase addition and renovation at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair’s Elkhart County Community Center (ECCC). The project included a new 5,000-square-foot addition featuring expanded rental space, modern restrooms, and a warming kitchen. A VIP patio was also added to provide extra rental options during Fair Week and RV rallies.

Inside, the existing community center was refreshed to complement the new addition, with updated finishes, relocated storage, and reconfigured entrance vestibules to improve flow and functionality.

Careful planning and phased construction ensured minimal disruption to the Fairgrounds’ busy rental schedule throughout the project.
