The Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County and Ancon Construction are excited to announce an office build-out on the second floor of the Old National Bank Building at NIBCO Parkway in Elkhart. Work will commence early November and is expected to be complete in January 2013. Project Manager Seth Hartman and Field Superintendent Dick Groves will be overseeing the work. The project, designed by Ancon Construction of Goshen and Office Interiors of Granger, will contain several offices, conference room, lobby/waiting area, and staff support spaces. The Old National Bank Building, built by Ancon in 2005, is a three story office building on the banks of the Elkhart River.
