TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre

Ancon designed and built the new two-story, 9,400 square foot state-of-the-art mixed medical and sleep therapy practice. Ancon Construction used the Integrated Design-Build™ delivery method to complete this project.

Programmatic Spaces:
The new dental office was designed to accommodate various programmatic spaces, including:

• First Floor:  lobby, coffee bar, seminar room, treatment rooms, lab, sterile room, restrooms,
• Second Floor: library, locker area, lounge/break area

Sustainable design features include:

• Roof-mounted solar panels.
• Numerous windows offer natural lighting and transparency between the indoors and the scenic wooded property.
• A 24-foot-wide glass garage door separates the lobby and a seminar room, which can be opened to allow the separate spaces to become one large event room.
