The Norfolk Southern project involved constructing a new facility to service locomotives, requiring an intense focus on accuracy. Ancon placed 1,200 anchor bolts to help support the weight of the train engines that were being repaired. After the bolts were placed, our client used a laser level to measure each of them to confirm they were in the correct position. Of the 1,200 anchor bolts set, not one of them was out of line. When it comes to industrial and manufacturing, Design and Build… precision is critical.
