Jimmy Johns - Ancon Construction

Overview

Ancon Construction was hired by a local Jimmy John’s franchisee to design and build their 16th restaurant. The new 1,214-square-foot location is located on Bittersweet Road in Mishawaka, Indiana. This owner has done renovation projects in the past, but this is their first brand-new location. The owners were looking for a team that could lead them through the process and found Ancon Construction to be a good fit.
