Ancon believes that giving back and participation in our communities is vital to growth and prosperity in the places we live and work. Each year, Ancon donates time and money to local organizations and programs that we believe contribute to our communities’ greater good.
Since 2007, Ancon Construction has been dedicated to giving back, contributing over $2,510,305 to our local communities. We believe in fostering goodwill and strengthening the bond between our company and stakeholders.

Goowill Mission Services
Ancon Construction is proud to support Goodwill Industries of Michiana, Inc. with a $5,000 donation to help equip The Academy’s construction and automotive technician training programs—empowering adult learners with skills for in-demand careers.
COMMUNITY GIVEBACK
An Ancon Construction team of Employee-Owners joined forces with Church Community Services to make a big impact! We sorted hundreds of pounds of food and donated funds to provide cozy coats for those in need—just in time for the holiday season.
GooDWILL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
Ancon Construction Board Chairman John Place guided students from The Academy’s construction program as they gained valuable hands-on experience at a Goodwill project in Elkhart. Together, they’re building skills, confidence, and stronger communities.
Habitat House Build
In October, we had a beautiful day to put up walls and finish floor decking on our second new house build. We are proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County.
Vocational Program
We participated in a new vocational program to help current students learn how to work through career planning at Concord High School.
South Bend Parade
We had a magical night partnering with Rieth-Riley Construction to bring FROZEN to the Downtown South Bend light parade!
CAREER QUEST
NEW START HOME ELKHART
We built a deck for the New Start Home Elkhart. A new home for women who have endured domestic violence.
BRIDGES TO POVERTY
We were one of many volunteers to perform a simulation of how hard it is to accomplish simple tasks when you are stuck in poverty.
NOTRE DAME TAILGATE
We partnered with Buffalo Wild Wings to host a customer appreciation Notre Dame Tailgate party.
THE BIG GIVE
We had an amazing time at The Big Give Back to School Parade & Funfest, supporting the students of South Bend Community School Corporation!
ELKHART COUNTY 4-H FAIR
We came together as one, to support a wonderful organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County. We are honored to be part of this amazing community!
