JOBSITE SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites.
Maintain a two-week look-ahead schedule to keep projects on time.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure project goals are met.
Promote and enforce jobsite safety in compliance with Ancon’s safety policy.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction supervision experience.
• Proven record of successfully completing large, complex commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
       o Concrete and formwork
       o High-end interior finishes
       o Pre-engineered metal building construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Solid work history and professional references.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and background checks (including driving history and employment references).
