Nappanee, IN – Ancon Construction, a premier design-build construction firm, is proud to show off its latest work. ATC (Aluminum Trailer Company) was designed and built by Ancon Construction using a process flow lean manufacturing thought process throughout the entire design and build process. The workers thought through everything and how they accessed the property (Covered bike parking for many of the employees), to mobile/movable designs, to trailer process flow. The result is a state-of-the-art facility that limits waste and utilizes a world-class lean manufacturing process.
