While construction continues at a high pace on the South Bend Cubs Performance Center, Ancon Construction has also begun work on new outdoor suite spaces located in the upper deck of the existing stadium. These stadium enhancements are part of ongoing sports facility construction improvements designed to elevate the fan experience and expand premium seating options.
The outdoor suites project includes the installation of masonry and glass divider walls, along with built-in counters and cabinetry that will provide functionality, comfort, and durability for game-day use. These upgrades reflect Ancon Construction’s expertise in commercial construction, stadium renovations, and specialty sports venue build-outs.
The Performance Center, a 12,900-square-foot facility, is a key component of the overall development and will support athlete training, team operations, and fan engagement. Construction on the Performance Center remains on schedule and is expected to be substantially complete by early April, aligning with the baseball season timeline.
