Abstract: Spatial programming included large warehouse garage, office space and support spaces, cold storage structure, and salt storage structure.

This project included a large garage with two vehicle wash bays and spaces for street department equipment, trucks, and other vehicles. The new facility also houses a sign-making room, conference room, break room, and other administrative offices. Out buildings include a cold storage structure and a salt storage structure. The state of the art facility stemmed from the needs to consolidated programmatic spaces and services, better location, efficiency, and the need for cleaner, brighter, and more modern amenities.
