SELECTED CAREEER ACCOMPLISHMENT
A group of us from The Vineyard Church in Mishawka went on a missions trip to Haiti to “punch out” recently constructed homes by the local Haitians through Love A Child, Inc. Such items during the “punch out” included: installation of hurricane clips, window and door trim, window installation, door hardware adjustments, etc. Our team was able to complete approximately 300 homes in three days, shortening the time line for hundreds of displaced families to move into their new homes.
WHY I DO THIS
I enjoy this profession because no two projects are alike. I am always working on something new. I enjoy creating a structure or a building where it began as nothing more than flat, vacant land or an empty building. I love meeting new people and the feeling of accomplishment at the end of a project.
