Angola Dental Center and Ancon Construction are pleased to announce that the Angola Dental Center expansion project is now complete. An open house and ribbon cutting is anticipated in July. The project began last October and was overseen by Project Manager Cullen Stanger and Superintendent Tony Black.
The project entailed a complete interior upgrade to the existing 3,337 sq.ft. dental office and a complete façade overhaul to match the new building addition. The new 3,683 sq.ft. two story building addition was added to the east of the existing building which transformed the site design, parking areas, landscaping, and on-site water retention areas. The building addition contains a two story lobby space and reception area with three distinct waiting areas – atrium, fireplace nook, and kid’s “plug and play”. In addition – surgical suites, dark room, staff break room and changing room, restrooms, doctor’s office, laboratory, and conference room were a part of the new programmatic spaces. Nine treatment rooms along with offices, work spaces, staff support spaces, recovery room, and sterilization room were a part of the remodeled programmatic spaces in the existing building. The new façade boast a modern feel with new stone, brick, and EIFS materials along with curved roofs, exposed timbers, and window sunshade louvers.
