Ancon Construction recently received two awards from the Indiana Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).  The Riverside Terrace Ballroom Project won the “Award of Honor” in the category “Renovation –Non Historical Under $3 Million”.  The project transformed an abandoned gymnasium into a 7,000 sq.ft. upscale ballroom and conference center, located on the banks of the St. Joseph River in Mishawaka. The Angola Dental Center Project won the “Award of Excellence” in the category “Healthcare Under $3 Million.”  The 7,000 sq.ft. building addition, renovation project, and site development adds a twist of modern architecture to the small town charm of Angola,Indiana.  Both projects were designed and built by Ancon in 2011.

Gary Wetzel – Vice President, Todd Stone – Project Manager, Cullen Stanger – Project Manager, Tony Black – Field Superintendent, and Matthew VanSoest – Architect received the awards at the ABC Merit Shop Gala on September 25th in Indianapolis.
