Agdia World Headquarters, a world leader in the agricultural diagnostics industry, is a 50,000 sqft office building and research facility. This project was the most comprehensive and complex Design-Build project our company has ever undertaken in our 40 year history. The building is comprised of office space, laboratories, growth chambers, and rooftop patio. Our architects designed the building to be connected to nature – designing an organic shaped building form, framing landscape vistas through curtain walls, and creating a natural day lit building through perimeter clerestory ribbon windows. Most importantly, the building project and the future agricultural campus development on this 60 acres site gives a sense of excitement and promise to Elkhart County – one of the hardest hit areas in the country from the 2009 Recession.
